Don’t cancel your classes if they’re not 100% filled
Everything, the people, the products, classes offered and the professionalism!
Fees are too high and then y’all went up on the fees. Late fees are applied too quick. Paying more fees for the same services. Not everyone’s business is going successfully but y’all change as if everyone is making 6 figures. Just greedy.

Mainstreet has everything a new agent would need to help them get started; numerous classes to choose from and so many helpful people to ask for clarification when they are still questioning themselves...then as we are no longer a "Newbie" and have gotten out there we still find Mainstreet the go to organization for all the right answers and of course all the updated forms we could ever need and all the training provided-knowledge is something you can never have enough of especially when the market continually changes and let's not forget we are of course reminded of FEES & DUES and all pertinent news...Long after we've been licensed, more than 20 years we realize just how lucky & Thankful we are to belong to Mainstreet-one of the absolute BEST organizations there is...While we hopefully have found our 2nd homes by now w/ our amazing Managing Brokers and even w/ all our offices do for us, we still rely & need Mainstreet who continually comes up w/ new programs & up to date training to help us always do a better job!!!!

It seems as you become a more experienced agent there is not much need to be part of Main Street. It seems like the dues are too expensive for the value and ROI receiving.
Too expensive, not much to offer
Been having a real hard time in this market lately and was late paying my dues. I don't understand why places charge a late fee when somebody doesn't pay on time! Obviously the person is having money issues if they do not pay on time and then you add a late fee on top of that! Very disappointed about that because I have been a realtor for about 27 years and your dues keep coming up! Can't you give somebody a break who has been in the business for a long time? It's just that prices are going up everywhere around us and in the real estate market a lot of Realtors are struggling especially if they are dealing with buyers like I am. I just don't appreciate the fact that you're getting more and more money out of us and charging late fees to people who couldn't be on time with her payment because they didn't end the money.
I really like the updates, reminders, and the training is great!
Mainstreet makes it easy to sign up for interesting classes. And their great communication makes it simple to add to my calendar and join the class.
An expensive service for the returns. Also, "donations" are charged without permission, and I was assessed a late fee even though the website was down and I couldn't make a payment.
There is a real person to answer phones, not a teleprompt.

I was very disappointed that I've been a member for over 20 years and my information was not in your system and was not given notice my dues was becoming past due.
In result I was turned off of MLS and charge a late fee. When I called to inquire why wasn't I notified I learned that my information wasn't in your database.
I'm not understanding why connectMLS has all my information and Mainstreet doesn't. I understand these are 2 different entries however how come 1 has all my info and the others doesn't. I really feel I should be reimburse for the late fee due to a lack of communication.

Always improving - adding useful apps - rolling out timely training - friendly staff. Not great at following up on things previously discussed (like need for new classes). No effort in finding cost efficiencies so our dues get lowered.
