Thank you all for putting on such a wonderful presentation for our annual Professional Standards Committee Training. I find this information to be extremely valuable. I feel like it's additional knowledge and education that we are privileged to be provided. Mainstreet does a stellar job of keeping us informed, protecting us, and keeping us up to date on current matters, and always in the best interest of the members and our clients. The innovation and technology provided by Mainstreet is crucial to our continued success. There’s nothing short of fabulous here at Mainstreet! The quick response to questions, the knowledgeable staff, and the availability to get connected with someone quickly.
Yesterday I took the NAR survey about ads. The ads either do a scare tactic of what could go wrong without a realtor or they simply do not narrate the value addition of a professional assisting the process. We have continually failed to define value Real Estate professionals bring to the table. 
There was a question in that survey askign if the local board does anythign to generate awareness- to which i had to answer No. We pay a lot and I am happy to pay as long as my industry has the respect it deserves. Consumer still feels they can self navigate and continually leave money on the table by using redfit or zillow. The short change of our industry that provides subpar service. This industry is known for just higher sales and hitting the numbers instead of being marketed as service industry that helps consumer navigate their investment. I am so beyond sorry for the way the industry does not educate consumers of the value we bring.

My reminder notifications for dues and fees was through my office number. So all theses years I could've been notified via cell phone rather than paying the late fees :-(

zoom and in person opportunities
The new management seems to not understand what their "clients" -the agents need. The new website is horribly layed out and way to cluttered.
Fees go up every year with no explanation. MLS property search emails only display a maximum of 10 homes. Users should be able to click on the house from the email and be taken directly to the listing. While it is nice to finally have Zenlist, we should not have to pay extra if we have more than one client utilizing Zenlist. Clients continue to choose Zillow or Redfin as they are much easier to use and they cost nothing.
