Drea rocks! So consistent and attentive. You always know what you're going to get - excellence!
I sign up in there and on a 4 minute wait which suddenly escalates to 27 minutes. All I notice is a bunch of hairstylists shooting the breeze with the clients and taking their sweet time at it instead of professionally just getting business done. I left and then later I see an email with a receipt for the most expensive service and some "Jackie" gives herself a $ 20 tip. I think it was a closure and it and it had better not show up on any credit card. I have had a long history with Sports Clips largely through this area but in my travels many years within the country. Your arrogant approach from one "Jackie" since I left early just parrots the amount of disdain she had and which I return. I am through and if you guys ever compromise my cards or information then you are dealing with the wrong marine.

She was great! Probably the best hairstylist I’ve met at Sportsclips.
Got right in stylist did what i wanted, with suggestions from her.
Shampoo and shoulder massage is something i usually don’t get, but this time i did and they were great.
I like the app for online check in and status so I can maximize my time, but your stylists are why I keep coming back for over 15 years. There have been many stylists that were wonderful over that time but I must mention Melissa at the Lake Front Circle store in The Woodlands, TX. She does a great job and is the reason I continue coming to Sport Clips. She is an asset to your business.

My stylist is very kind and knowledgeable in using scissors and/or with electric clippers to cut my hair. She does a very good job and I am always thankful and I remind her of that.
