Blending was not done Breton my cut and also my 3 boys . On a person of cultures hair .YOU SHOULD PICK IT OUT BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO TAKE IT DOWN 3 clips lengths. I had one very upset 8 year old because of the inconsistencies in life on his hair

Quality of haircut.
Removed me from queue without any notice. I wasn't due up for another 2 hours
I was running short on time after prepping all day for company, but stopped in to see if anyone could cut my hair. I was greeted the second I walked in and directed to check in, I only had to wait a few minutes before Brittney Gray freed up. And I'm very thankful that it was Brittney who did. She remembered me from the last time she cut my hair, and took the time to confirm exactly what I wanted before making any major cuts. Whenever I asked for changes, she was able to adapt her approach to fit what I wanted. She was friendly, detailed, and gave me best cut I've had since the last time I saw her! I would absolutely recommend going to this location and stopping by to see Brittney!

The atmosphere and kind people!
I was told, after my two sons and I were done with our basic haircuts and paying, that we were being charged for the triple play automatically. We did not get shampoos. After inquiring about automatically being charged for a service that we did not ask for nor did we receive, the response was that the franchise owner put that policy in place and they couldn’t do anything about it. There were no signs indicating this and we were not explained this until afterwards. That is a very deceptive practice and I will not be returning. I have been a customer of Sport Clips for over 15 years and will not be returning.
You are too expensive! Then you have the audacity to ask for a minimum of $7(28%) and up to $15(60%) tip on top of a highly inflated price of $25/haircut!

I love that you have partnered with the VFW, and honestly, that's why I chose to make the short journey to Baytown to get my haircut this week. That & the hot older woman giving me a wash & massage! LOL
Online scheduling system is awful. Every time I schedule a cut with stylist, get a time to be there, and next thing you know it says arrive now (vs 24 minutes I was told 3 minutes prior). Get there 2 minutes after the text saying arrive now and stylist has already taken first available. Not a way to treat customers who take the time to schedule with someone specific, told a time, and then the time changes only to arrive 2 minutes after the "new" arrive time and they have already seated another customer. It happens 8 out of 10 times and not just 1 location. Please update the online schedule system and improve the functionality of it.

I wish I could see the names of hair stylists several days in advance, and at a minimum th e day before. I really like the cut and care I get from my stylist Van..she's great.
