I never have the same stylist, some are better than others. Usually a short wait, not a problem. Most are very friendly. I usually go at 9;00am.
Sawdust location was closed down so I went to spring stuebner and the person who cut my hair (Anna) did a very poor job. 0 blending on top and sides, crooked neck line, cut into my hairline on right side. I paid $25 for the haircut and a $7 tip and immediately had to leave and go to the next closest location off of Cypresswood. I showed the person at that location my receipt from spring stuebner and explained the situation. She clearly noticed that my haircut was messed up and let me know she’ll fix it. She gave a decent haircut but due to the original cut my hair is much shorter than I wanted. She then charged me $21 for the haircut and I tipped another $7. Good customer service is giving me a second haircut for free with the option for me to tip. So now I am out $60 and have a poor haircut. Very disappointed. Miss the old location.

Fast and reasonably priced. Morgan knows exactly how to trim my hair and is very amiable.
We got my 3yr old son a haircut. The haircut was pretty bad, honestly. It was uneven in so many places and too much was take off the back and top. The woman cutting his hair was a little aggressive with him, even though he actually does sit still during a haircut.
Your stylist, she was and has done a great job on me and my son, several times.
Great stylists and great haircut. Convenient location
1) Not all hairstylists seem capable/trained to cut hair. Only by trial and error have I been able to identify one or two that are capable.
2) Cannot "book" a hairstylist until the shop opens, but somehow, even if I wait outside for the store to open, the stylist I use already has 2-4 customers signed up, so I end up signing in and then either waiting for my time or having to come back. When I ask my preferred stylist how to sign up the night before so that I know when to arrive, she claims she doesn't know how they do it. My time is valuable, so being able to schedule an appointment the day before should be a possibility.
Nivia was great. I was well looked after. The cut was nice, she checked in with me on length, shape etc. I got the MVP and she gave a great head massage when washing my hair and hot towel.
Garyn was very helpful and did an amazing job on my haircut! Would highly recommend this location and refer new customers to Garyn!

Emily was my stylist. She has been my stylist for quite a while now and she does a fantastic job every time. She always takes the time to ask how I like it and strikes conversation with me to make me feel like I'm welcome. She is a good stylist and I would recommend her to anyone.
