The cut is pleasing, and getting the clipped hairs washed out at the end. The scalp massage is nice too. Wish that lasted a little longer.
I am always greeted with smiling faces. Ladies are full of energy, kind works and professional attitudes. The hair cuts are always perfect!

Service seems to have changed. Used to be the stylist would make an effort to ask questions about trimming eye brows, asking throughout the cut if it was meeting expectations, etc. now it is truly a get you out the door as quickly as possible. And then the tip starts at 25%. Fair tip for a good service but not for what is currently being provided. I will try one more time which will be the third try and if it is same experience I will assume it is the new business model of Sports Clips and try the barber across the street.

I kept showing my stylist a picture of what I wanted and it's absolutely not what I got. Long on top and shorter all round the sides, and I got basically a long buzz cut.

I had an excellent experience with Felicia! I came in for an executive cut, and she was absolutely meticulous with every detail. She took her time to ensure the cut was precise and exactly what I wanted. The attention to detail really shows in the final result. I am not sure if the owner of the store ever reads these survey comments or if he ever recognizes the stylist for their good work but there are several ladies who do a great job and have a good rapport with the customers.
Please hire some experienced staff we are not there for SPORTS.
