Hair wash and massage chair felt great!

Staff is always nice a provides a great service.
At this specific store location, I feel the massage chairs need to be replaced. During my last several visits, I could barely feel the vibration during the wash. The handheld shoulder massager also hasn’t been working properly. During my last visit, the stylist had to bang on it to get it to work, and even then, it didn’t seem to work very well. Unfortunately, I left without feeling as relaxed as I have after previous visits. I’ll probably try another location next time.
