Using the app is helpful in knowing the wait time
Having the option to select a stylist is good and first available is good to reduce the wait time.
There are usually several stylist available and I am comfortable knowing I will get a good haircut from any of them.

I always get top notch service from Sport Clips. What is important to me is routine. I like getting the same person to cut my hair each time. Other places are always like revolving doors with personnel. Sport Clips keeps the same and that makes me happy.
