Services are very nice , haircut and wash with a light massage
The associate did not understand English relative to haircut. If she did, she hid it extremely well. She said “yes” or “okay” and did what she wanted to do.
I absolutely hate water on my head and I always mention no water or products. As soon she acknowledged no water she started squirting water on me. I asked for a high and tight, she said okay “high fade”. No I do not want a fade - I want high and tight. After three attempts to get her to understand, I’m done.
I cannot wait to tell everyone to stay clear of her (Silvia).
Instead of a peaceful haircut I had an awful experience. I get it’s only a haircut but on a fixed income, I don’t want to pay for a lack of understanding simple phrases relative to the service I’m paying for.

I walked in no appointment with my son and was immediately brought to a seat for our haircuts. In and out in under 30min for both us, excellent services at this store. Very clean store.
The location of Sport Clips Atascocita is convenient. SCA has an excellent array of men’s hair products, a nice waiting room with a large screen TV and smaller TVs near each work station, an online check-in app, and a clean environment. But, what I like best about SCA is hair stylist Rachel. Rachel is an excellent hair stylist and I highly recommend her to anyone new to the SCA world.
I actually looked like I did when I walked in only with shorter hair.

I get a consistent haircut every time I go. Michele is my go-to stylist at this location; she’s very friendly and always gives a great haircut.

Cheyenne is the best always does a great job
We like the consistency and professionalism, and the outcome for my son's haircuts. He looks much better than when we go to other places for his haircuts. I have to report, the last time we were at Sports Clips, there were some vagrants asking customers for money, inside the store. The Sports Clips staff really should have asked them to leave and called the police instead of allowing them inside the store and bothering the customers. It made the store feel unsafe.

Overcharging me is getting very old. The default is to select a higher priced haircut when I didn’t get a shampoo or massage

The push to buy other products is uncomfortable — at least put the prices on the packages .
Feel pressured to tip which is not fair when the tab is over 50 and you’re met with a bitter face (like saying you’re not going to tip well).
Overall a disappointment
Came in complaining of hair in my eyes and wanting an inch off to get it out. Now I have to go get a haircut again because my hair is still in my eyes.. the back and sides were done. Sides not blended. Looks like mushroom. And like I said. Hair still in my eyes.

Aj did an amazing job with my 2 year old son’s hair. She was patient and it turned out great. His first haircut didn’t go so well at another place. I will definitely go back to her.
I finally have a stylist that cuts my hair exactly as I ask. Don’t have to worry about looking like a scalped old man!
The service I received from Ashley was honest and kind. I was very please before, during, and after my haircut. She is a good woman and employee.

Its happening more often now that i have to go back for reservice. When the good people arent available its a russian roulette if its gonna be someone good. Deciding to change all together as i have to stay away from several locations already.
