I’ve visited the Valley Ranch location a few times, but this is perhaps the first time I’ve genuinely liked the haircut for my child. To be clear, it’s not that I didn’t like them before, but they were just haircuts. Erick managed to blend the fade seamlessly, making it look great. Went through the options with me and I told him to do what would look best. He mentioned that the fade went from a 4 to a 1, which I’m not familiar with, so I asked him to write it down for me for next time. He was incredibly kind and patient. I’ll definitely come back to him or ask for the same style next time.

The lady that cut my hair does not cut my hair on my lower neck line and she has done this to me before but I have not mentioned this to her because I forget when she cuts my hair.

Very friendly, skilled and professional stylists. I have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes. Also typical time I’m in the chair is no longer than 20 minutes.

I have been a loyal customer of y’all for years but this past Friday y’all messed up with me.
How is ok for my hair stylist to leave half way thru my cut to go and work on someone else for like 10 minutes… not ok. I wanted the whole MVP deal but I had to leave

I dont use the products, but the staff are always very friendly they don't push the extras, they do ask if you want them.
