Easy online check-in makes the process predictable and manageable from a scheduling / timing / wait standpoint.
The tech I had was incredible. She is professional, polite, and talented.
I like that I can schedule online and I know exactly how long I will need to wait. Everyone has a great attitude and are very respectful. Most of all I really like the quality of haircut I get.

You were fine, someone drove a car through the business next-door, killed one person, seriously injured three or four. Everyone is traumatized they won’t most likely suffer. PTSD

I like the online check-in where I can see wait times and jump into queue via app, allowing me to wait from home or run errands before my appointment. I enjoy the "MVP Experience" which includes a hot steamed towel infused with eucalyptus/chamomile, a shampoo, and a brief neck/shoulder massage.
Stylist was awesome on my 13 year old picky preteen.
The girls are amazing and I only use hair products purchased at SportClips

Liked hair cut but price seems expensive and we didn't make request to shampoo and towel, charged $34.

The men's hair product's are great. Rachel is always helpful in getting my personal needs taken care of by using the products to let me.see and know what I am getting and how to use the products. She is amazing taking care of all my questions with viable answers I understand.

Haircut was not even close to the requested style, even after showing a picture and discussing the precise lengths.
All stylist are trained. No matter who’s chair i sit in, i know i will receive a good haircut. Not like other places where you have to find the one person who actually can cut hair.
Good quality haircut. Went with “first available” and didn’t have to wait. Katie did a great job!
