Great stylist (Martha) been going to her for over a year. Been a client of Sports Clips for several years. But recent updates in your check in process have been less than acceptable. A couple of times when I checked in and headed to the location and got there, not showing on the lineup. Mostly recently checked in and headed to the location, got there well before my scheduled time, and it show a twenty minute wait which ended up being almost a hour, this makes me less than happy due the time LOST IN MY DAY..

The wait was very short, she listened to my requests and gave me a great haircut in a timely fashion. All boxes checked for me and I’ll be back again.
I always enjoy going to Elizabeth's store. There is always a cheerful welcoming atmosphere. Elizabeth always remembers how I like my haircut and always does a fantastic job. I bring my son in to get haircuts too and she does a great job with him. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit Elizabeth and her team at her store.
Being able to stop in and have Martha cut my hair is always a pleasure. She does a great job, is efficient, and friendly. You are lucky to have such a nice and talented person on staff.

Iris always does a great job cutting my hair. Pay attention to details and answers. Any questions I have.
There is a wide range of skill between the stylists. You can tell which ones are experienced and which ones are not. Build depth and retention to improve the skill level. My last visit on 8-18-24 was a good one. I tip well when a job is well done.

I walk in with pictures but do not seem to walk out with a haircut similar to it. It may just be that it is not possible. I think the value is reasonable for the $$. I also appreciate the efforts.
