The product’s & service I receive from sports clips & from my stylist Cassy is above and beyond. Sports Clips is the only place that has all the products I use on a daily.
The lady that cut my hair cut it all wrong. First of all she left it longer than what I asked her to leave it at. One side of my head is lower than the other. Then you all charge $10.00 extra to use the shaver machine yet she left hairs around my ear. I will not go to that Sports Clips again. Charging $35.00 for a haircut and leaving it bad is not acceptable. I don’t know how you can make it right, maybe you can help me out with that.
The stylist I go to listens about what I need in my haircut.
The staff is extremely friendly and do an amazing job. Vanessa styles my hair there and makes me feel calm and does an excellent job.

Paddle fan in the store makes an annoying noise and needs to be repaired/replaced.

Sport Clips Atascocita has a wide array of men’s hair products, a big screen HD TV in waiting area, an online check-in app, and is always clean. But, what I like most of all is Rachel who is an excellent hair stylist. I highly recommend her.
The cost went up yet your staff is still fairly new. I understand charging more for a service preformed by an employee with years of experience. My sideburns look crazy and I had to go to a proper barber for a remedy. Other than that this store I have been going to for over 6 years. There really is not much difference in the ambiance or services performed to justify the rate increase.

If I could, I would give Valerie a 100 score, we’d love her. She’s always caught my son‘s hair just the way we both like it. We moved to the Hillcountry and tried another Sports Clips and they were awful. We came back to town on July 19 to close on our house And I made an appointment with Valerie so she could fix the other Sports Clips mess. She is wonderful and always has done a great job. !

The online checkin and waiting estimates online are fantastic. The stylists are wonderful at listening to what each of my boys need and fulfilling that request quickly.
The employee was very timid. She was the most timid person I have ever seen. Hardly spoke loud enough to hear. I’m surprised she is keeping her job. Just another bad haircut, had to go home and do some trimming of my own. I think she was so afraid of doing something wrong that she didn’t pay attention to the haircut.

Probably not returning to Sports Clips again. For a few more dollars I can get a lot more services.

Alezandra was very genuine with her attitude and demeanor. She cares for her customers and wants them to look and FEEL at their best, as she has given me open suggestions and sorta steered me into the direction and look I strive for with the likeness of my face shape and body type. I truly appreciate the conversation and light hearted interactions I receive every time I walk through the doors.
