The employee cut too much hair off of me. I do not like the result and I will not be a customer again. It seems to me that that facility wants males to have a certain style haircut before leaving there. I saw three males leaving before me and they all had the same haircut style. Never again for me. Do not send anymore emails as I will report as spam.
The lady that cut my hair did a fantastic job, and I will be going back to that location soon.

Fast, friendly services and very personal. Daryl and the team always greet me by name. The Sportsclips App makes it easy to 'get in line' and know what the best time to arrive at the store for the shortest wait. MVP is the best and worth the price of admission.
Well, I go to the Westlake Houston, Atascocita, Texas location.
I’ve been seeing one of your haircutters. Crystal Cruz . She used to be a manager over at Summerwood location. Anyway… She’s someone that I don’t have to tell what I want and that’s a very rare quality instead of having to go in and come out looking like someone put a bowl on your head and cut around it.
She’s the reason I keep coming back.

Claire was super nice and patient with my son. She was sweet and gave directions to my son who is only 5 years old. I was worried that he might get uncomfortable during the haircut but Claire was patient and gentle, talked her way through and helped my son who kept moving his head. Thank you Claire and thank you sports clip, I am happy to have this location close to my house!
