When I returned home from my haircut My wife noticed my neck shave was incomplete, seems pretty basic. A few good stylists at your location but by and large disappointing.

I don't remember our stylist's name but she was so good! My son is austitic and has some ticks. She treated and cut his hair like nothing was amiss. I will definetly go back to this location. Off Sawdust in the Woodlands.

Checkin online seems to have some issues. Stylists have 2+ hour waits, wait time at stores isn't accurate.
I signed in online ahead of time. I arrived 20 mins later and was still put at the end of the list. Spoke with mgr (broken English) and was just asked to wait until my name is called, no attempt made to fix the issue. Plus, prices keep escalating. I will look elsewhere.
