The customer service and attention to detail that Natalie gives each one of her customers is above and beyond, that’s why I keep coming back. She makes the sports clips experience worth it, and her attitude is so uplifting and positive that sometimes if I’m having a horrible day, she turns it around and makes me feel like not giving up on anything I’m trying to accomplish.

The salon upcharged for the VIP services even though I only got a haircut, and the stylist did a horrible job on my hair. Will NEVER be returning to that location

Only two employees and neither one could do a Mohawk. One said in 13 years she probably should know how. All she had to do I'd follow the existing line up top. But I will give her points for being honest about it up front. Unfortunately I went to this location before and had some issues with the stylist not listening and being rude. I thought I'd give yall another shot but no luck. Pretty crazy one of the two most popular haircuts Mohawk and mullet couldn't be done. Also no greetings when I walked in.

Services: I appreciate the Promptness and professionalism at Sports Clips on Garth Road in Baytown. Haircut is always cut to expectation. I always schedule online and am in and out faster than any other place that I’ve frequented in the past 50 plus years.

If Wendy wasn't already married I would propose! She is great, a good listener, a great stylish and a wicked sense of humor. I try to see her whenever I get my hair cut. Every stylist I have had cut my hair there have been very very nuce!

Andrea is awesome. I’ve been getting my haircut by her for a few years now and she never ceases to do a great job. She’s very personable, pays attention to detail, and represents Sport Clips in a very professional way. I highly recommend to others to go to Sport Clips to have a great experience getting their haircut.
