I appreciate the online check-in, especially when my preferred stylist is in high demand. I've been working with Martha for many years, and continue to do so despite moving closer to other stores.
Taylor did an excellent job on my son's hair. All of the stylists were nice and the atmosphere was relaxed. The salon was very clean as well

The word "sensational" in her case would be a gross understatement of her talent.
No wait time according to app. Walked in one lady just sat in the chair in the back on her phone. Bogeyed me. Say for what seemed like 10-15 mins before someone finally came out from the back to cut my hair. I was the only customer in the place. Was never asked if I wanted a MVP or not.

Had a great experience with Jazz who provided me with some great recommendations and was quick and efficient. Pleased that they've kept their prices affordable and competitive. I've used other competitors, but always get a better cut and deal with SportsClips.
