Brittany has been taking care of me for years.
The haircut was great but they charged me for a Varsity cut and I’m 73. I am usually charged for a senior cut. Not too happy with this.
I don't think its right that people are being charged when a stylus uses a shaver to complete a customers haircut. It did not start out that way. In fact it started out free, then it went up to 5 dollars, then 8, and now its 10. I'm gonna stop tipping if this continues.

I come, in large part, because of Rosie. Rosie has cut my hair now for over a year (I request her exclusively) and she does an awesome job! She is very professional, but also very friendly and personable. I also like the online appointment app.
Perfect cut every time I go to sports clip
I was nicely welcomed when I entered the shop and was seated with a nice lady named garyn who cut my hair and did an amazing job at the end, she was gentle, suggested a great product for my hair and made sure the results at the end was to my liking. I would definitely recommend this barbershop to others.

Giselle and Melissa were OUTSTANDING in how they handled my previous survey after my poor experience last week.
We can't always avoid mistakes from happening, but we can always control how we respond to how those mistakes are handled, and this team knocked it out of the park.
I received a response from Giselle very shortly after I submitted my initial survey, and I was informed to head to the store to meet with either Giselle or Melissa to correct the situation free of charge.
I ended up meeting with Melissa today and she was already aware of the situation and took great care of me! She was pleasant and gave me a solid haircut while making sure my concerns were all addressed.

Kimi is FANTASTIC! She always takes great care of me. Spends time on my service, generally interested in giving me a great experience, and all around great person.
Liked the fact that they were able to get me in immediately, liked the fact that they were able to update my phone number immediately to the number i now have. Would like to see sports clips hire Licensed Barbers and not just cosmetologists in the state of Texas I am aware that they are two separate licenses and it does cost extra money to obtain this license. But I would be willing to pay extra for this. Would like to have the option to have my head shaved with a straight razor, and to the best of my knowledge only a barber, and not a cosmetologist is able to provide this service. And this is one of the reasons that I have started going to the Boardroom and quit going to Sports Clips.

The lady must’ve not understood the instructions. Cut way too much off. Probably will not come back. Not the first time this has happened.
Maybe I’d come back again with a free haircut and explain step-by-step what I want.

I went to the Woodlands-Pinecroft location this time, but I usually go to the Indian Springs location. This time I had Doris give me the MVP experience….
I asked for a 3 on the sides with a taper + about an inch off the top. I was maybe in and out in 15 minutes total - and that’s haircut, shampoo, and 30 seconds of a shoulder massage. The whole thing was extremely rushed and I was shocked when Doris said she was done cutting my hair, and that was AfTER I had to tell her that I had asked for a taper off my ears and neck. The top of my hair is really uneven and it’s like the back of my head wasn’t even touched. I would’ve gone back the next day to fix it but I had a flight to catch. I’ve had to wear a hat the past week because of how bad this haircut was. So so disappointed.
I would be happy to come in to speak with a manager so they can see how uneven this hair is. (And hopefully it can be fixed as a courtesy)
