Hi, I’d like to share some feedback about my recent visit. The barber was quite rude and didn’t respond well when I didn’t compliment the haircut. She also offered an extra service without telling me there would be an additional charge, which I only found out about afterward. On top of that, I paid for the MVP but I had to ask getting the massagel that’s normally included. She responded that’s an optional . Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I hope this can be addressed.

I signed up on the app. It told me that my stylist was ready for me when I showed up and put my number into the machine it aaid I was on deck then one of the stylist decided she was gonna leave early and then I put another 30 minutes to my name, took me off the deck

It has everything to do with me being told that at least this location only offers the MVP cut and nothing else, while the company itself advertises multiple cuts available.

My service was very good
Hairdresser slipped twice with clippers, didn't acknowledge it until pointed out, then claimed they were "preexisting" patches of baldness. Didn't apologize. Stopped haircut multiple times to talk with other hairdresser about a previous customer.
Rude, unprofessional, messy. Easily worst haircut experience of my life. I will not return.
