Jill has been cutting my hair for about 4 years. I keep going back to her because she cuts my hair the way I prefer. It took me about a year, and many haircuts to find her.

The cut was not what I asked for. I showed a picture to cut it like a mop top. A good bit was cut off the top and after the cut I was told that I would need to grow out the top and ask for the edges to be trimmed to let the top grow out more. I wish we would have left the top longer from the beginning to move in the direction of the cut that we wanted. The actual haircut was a really good one. It just wasn’t what was requested in the picture. I do appreciate the stylist and the nice cut. Thank you.

Most consistency. Sometimes the stylists do the full offer and sometimes they don't. It varies significantly by location, time of day, and how busy things are.
Dan is always nice. She does a wonderful haircut, is personable, funny and inquisitive in a good way. This location does have some turnover but still does a good job overall.
The best thing you could do id reduce the price. You could also provide some guidance on how to provide instructions to the stylist in terms that they would understand.

The stylist who did my son's hair did not listen carefully to my instructions. While I was getting my hair cut a few chairs away, she cut his hair far shorter (by several inches) than it should have been.
Both of our haircuts were comped as a result.
