The service person (Vanessa) and quality was awesome as usual. My issue still lies with your company policy. If I check in on the app requesting a specific stylist then that person should be assigned to me not to someone who checked in with a “First Available” request.
First name removed did a great job cutting my hair, which is sometimes challenging to cut because it wants to stand up in a couple of places.
Everything is always top notch for me. Alexis is the best! She does an amazing job. She makes sure I have all of my products I use daily on my beard and hair.

Quick and easy. Although online check ins have drastically increased wait times. If you are not checking in online at the locations near me, the wait time averages about an hour.
The cost of your haircuts continue to increase. There was no option for a regular haircut versus MVP. The price was the same. 32.00 for haircut with no wash and 32.00 for MVP. Is getting too expensive
Everything was good. I needed a quick haircut and the price was reasonable and no issues with the cut. I was out of town. There’s 2 in Lafayette but they are on the other end of town, so distance is the biggest factor
