Convenience
Nice people, easy to book. I wish I could see a history of who I saw last. Sometimes i like my haircut but i cant remember their name, so when i go to book next, it would be helpful if we saw who helped me on my last visit

checking in online is great but it shouldn't effect the customers that walk in. I left one shop and went to another because I kept getting pushed back in line.

Fix you reservation app. Sports Clip online PC app is one of the worst ever.
I have a userid and I sign in to make a reservation and it askes me my zip code. The it goes into a whole other system and shows a bunch of sports clips.
I have to reenter data and then sometimes it doesn't actual make a reservation.
It is terrible. FIX THE APP
Brought my son in for a haircut and everyone was so nice !
I was greeted promptly by the barber when I entered the shop. I had to wait less than ten minutes before I sat down in the barbers chair.I received an excellent haircut for a reasonable price. The barber was very pleasant and professional.
