Speed and availability
The Sport Clips app is awesome! I love being able to see the different locations, and their wait times, near me, and having the ability to check in online. I almost never wait more than a couple of minutes. Plus, they save my previous cuts, so they know what I want. All the stylists are friendly and professional. I get the same cut every time, so the entire process is ideal. I highly recommend.
Spent an hour and half on the chair. Three different hair stylist for a simple haircut (faux hawk). They were not friendly and received an attitude at check out. Bad experience and will not return to this location.

Olga was extremely polite and skilled. She always checked to see how I wanted a particular part of the haircut done, and used mirrors to make sure that I was satisfied with her work. All in all, an excellent experience.

Your stylists could be more mindful of their conversations out in the open. While my son was getting his hair cut, his stylist was complaining out loud about working on a Friday afternoon to her coworkers (we were there on a Friday afternoon). Her exact words were “this sucks” - while my 2nd grader was in her chair. It was completely unprofessional. And after we checked out, she couldn’t get out of that building fast enough to leave her shift. She was 5 steps behind us leaving.

I brought my daughter in for a hair trim. She has hair that is just below her shoulders, and is not layered. Her hair was clean and brushed when we came in. It was not tangled at all.
She was in the hairdresser's chair for 5 minutes for her hair trim. I was then charged $35. When I asked why it was so expensive, I was told that it was because her hair was below her shoulders and it took longer to brush out than shorter hair. Her hair was not tangled at all, so it was no problem to brush out. There were no layers to cut. There was no blow-drying or styling of her hair. I also was not informed prior to the hair cut that there would be an additional $10 charge due to her hair being below her shoulders. If I had known that Sports Clips charged $35 for a 5 minute trim, I would not have taken her there. I will not be taking her back.
