I have enjoyed getting to know the staff here and always feel welcome. Carla is a huge reason for this and cannot recommend her or this location more.
I'm writing today solely out of concern for the stylists' at your location; I've been going to this location for almost ten years and the change in parking policy has gravely affected your business. The signage, having to enter your information, etc. has driven away a considerable number of customers which is undeniable. Today, the store and parking lot were empty when they were once packed! I've noticed this the past couple of visits, this policy will drive you out of business if you don't address it.
I'm a licensed psychologist and took my time today to write this because I'm very loyal to my stylist and the signage/policy is going to drive your staff away when they can't make money to support themselves. These stylists rely on return customers no walk-ins....and I've heard several friends say that they won't come back to this location because of the parking situation.
The signage says "two hours for free" which is great...but what business in that strip mall has customers who would stay more than two hours anyway? There's a bank, a shipping store, a salon, a spice store, a shoe store for the elderly and a takeout spot. None of these businesses would have a customer stay more than two hours...so if it's not a greed/money making opportunity then just put a sign up "short-term parking only...no parking over one hour."
Nobody visiting these stores wants to be threatened with possible towing, having to download an app, enter card info and license plate, etc. I'd rather go right down the street to another Sports clips and not have to worry or be annoyed. Even today, when I parked and see the big red sign "you will be towed" it made me want to drive off and go somewhere else.

I will never go back to this location. The first time I took my son. The lady messed up his hair I had to take him to another place for them to correct the mistake that the first lady made the assistant manager at this location, called me and told me my son would have a free haircut. I took him back for his free haircut. They told me they could not find the note in the system and still charged me $20, the same lady cut his hair again!!!!!!
i told hairstylist to do gradient on sides but it doesn't look anything like that and sides are uneven too

Angel did an incredible job with my cut even though I took a lot off and sometimes my cowlicks can cause issues but she did great.
This last time when I registered on line I was not given choice to choose stylist as there is one I will typically choose if available. The young lady that provided the haircut appeared to be a rookie and was extremely nervous albeit conscientious and took a long time to complete the haircut and it was not quite up to the standard I have come to expect. I will continue for the future to visit this location but if this were to continue I can see me looking for other options in the future.
It’s a good service but I don’t like that every time there is a different person. It’s a very sterile business, I’m sorry I wish you where not a chain, but just a local barber shop
