My haircut was great and the MVP services are a differentiating feature.
I always enjoy getting a haircut from Giselle. She knows what I like and always makes me feel like her favorite customer.
Emily is amazing! Everytime she cuts my boys hair she does a great job! They always look good! I like they way you can check in online so your wait isn't that long but it is flawed because the timing isn't always accurate. You check in and it will tell you a time to be there but then you check back and it shows you need to be there sooner or it shows your up and we are not even there yet because we were going by the time you gave us so we end up being late. Very aggravating! It would be better to be able to schedule appointments.
Fast, friendly, and convenient service. Also like their app that lets you check in ahead of time.
Suggesting a 30%-50% tip while charging $50 for two haircuts (one being a child) is absurd. I’m all for paying what something is worth, but we haven’t received a good haircut in the last 3 trips.
We won’t be returning.

The girl who cut my hair was actually a racing fan and we had the best time talking racing. The haircut was terrific and she got the highest tip I ever gave. I wish I had a receipt to remember her name

Shunyece has a good eye for detail and very attentive to how I wanted my haircut. As well as exemplary customer service skills that I was so into the conversation we were having. By the time I checked out it felt like I have only been there for a few seconds, which shows she can multitask very well. At the end I got a great haircut!!!

The stylist charged us adult price for a child. His hair cut was horrible when addressed with the stylist nothing was done to try to correct it. It was horrible service
