Alexis was wonderful. I needed a last minute haircut for my son really close to closing. She not only accommodated but teared up with me when I explained I had a funeral to go to and that was the reason for the last minute entry. I appreciate the sincerity and taking care of us.
This location ones again proves to be a high-tier service provider. Reinoa was unfailingly professional and friendly, and her work on my hair was both efficient and unparalleled.
Annette did a great job getting my hair nice and short. She was very pleasant and a great hair specialist.

Carla at the sports clips in the heights off 19th is amazing with my son. She’s been cutting his hair since he was a baby! One thing I don’t like with small children is not being able to make an appt. Waiting around or showing up and someone else last min signing up before us can make wait time annoying. I’ve even gone back home because I saw wait time was 0 so I drive over and sign up in parking lot but someone else signed up before us.
We waited a long time for a 5 minute haircut that did not even include washing. We will find a real barber shop next time.

A great haircut fast.
I received an email with a coupon for free haircut and the store did not honor. Their reason was that I had previously used a coupon and their computer system would not allow them to use it again.
Brittany has been my go-to stylist since I found her last year. She does a great job every time. My only complaint is that she does not work more!
This store has apparently eliminated the haircut only option; the lowest tier is the MVP, with a cut, wash, hot towel, etc. for $32. Most of the time I only want a haircut, and having to pay $40 ($32 plus an $8 tip) will probably deter me from returning in the future. The person who cut my hair did a great job, but probably not better than I could get at SuperCuts for a lot less $$.
Services are great, friendly, caring, they do their jobs well. Products are nice too, good quality as well!
