A great haircut fast.
I received an email with a coupon for free haircut and the store did not honor. Their reason was that I had previously used a coupon and their computer system would not allow them to use it again.
Brittany has been my go-to stylist since I found her last year. She does a great job every time. My only complaint is that she does not work more!
This store has apparently eliminated the haircut only option; the lowest tier is the MVP, with a cut, wash, hot towel, etc. for $32. Most of the time I only want a haircut, and having to pay $40 ($32 plus an $8 tip) will probably deter me from returning in the future. The person who cut my hair did a great job, but probably not better than I could get at SuperCuts for a lot less $$.
Services are great, friendly, caring, they do their jobs well. Products are nice too, good quality as well!

I had a free haircut so I went to SportClips. My experience was good, my stylist was friendly and did a great job. But it is too expensive for me to return. $26 for a regular haircut is way too much for me. GreatClips is like $17-$18 bucks and usually has a coupon for around $10. At the $26 price point I can not recommend SportClips.

my stylist, Iris Cody.. She recently transferred to the Baytown location, which means I now have to drive one full hour to her new location.
I do this simply because she is the very best stylist I have ever known !!
I've tried dozens, but Iris Cody is way up there at the top of the heap.!
The stylist I had was very polite and very knowledgeable! I will be back definitely. I have used ya'll before many times. But just got back to Texas and I was very pleased with her.
Valerie is amazing and always makes everyone in the store feel welcomed.
We waited a long time for a 5 minute haircut that did not even include washing. We will find a real barber shop next time.
