Absolutely horrible haircut! I’ve gone to many sport clips since I got out of the military and I have never had an issue or a terrible haircut until today. This lady admitted to not wearing her corrective lenses while cutting my hair. One side is higher than the other. I am not a confrontational person and would think that a “professional” would be able to see this mistake but she honestly didn’t even care. She rushed the entire cut just to hurry up and get off her feet. I had to go to another haircut place just to get my hair fixed and even they said something about it. And to top it off because she kept asking questions every other location I e never had an issue with military discount until now. All together this was the absolute worst experience that I’ve ever had and is really going to make me think where to get a haircut in the future. If I wasn’t so nice I wouldn’t have paid for this horrible haircut just to have to pay again at another place. I would like my money back if possible.

Had a really bad haircut on my last visit. Hair ended up being very uneven after the cut. I'm waiting for it to grow out enough so I can go somewhere else to get it evened up again.

Martha does a great job but it's been difficult to find her after 5 PM on a weekday , I'd go somewhere else if she is not longer available after 5 pm

Reyna did a great job giving me a good hair style I asked for ax the the nice African American who cut my hair the last time. As Romona did for many years. Only a couple times in all those years did a a couple stylists give me a not so great haircut. I will return, thank you for giving this 75 year old man a discount.
My sons hair was done poorly and so was mine I will never go the or recommend anybody there we had to go to another hair salon to get our hair fixed

I was greeted immediately by my barber upon my arrival. My wait time was less than five minutes. I received an excellent haircut and my barber asked me exactly how I wanted my hair cut. She was very professional and friendly. The entire experience was very enjoyable.
Check in on app is great so minimal waiting. Very good luck getting skilled stylists.
Prices has gone up, so that is the big negative.

All the stylist are friendly and do such a great job cutting my husbands (89 yrs)!hair. Angel did the last cut and a great job. Joni does so well too.
