I believe the lack of consistency regarding the level of professional skill in stylist should really be considered! Joni is my preferred hair cutter, mainly because she is good at her paid occupation. I've not been able, with much consistency to find her not working on another client. Hence, I've discovered the differences with other employees to cut my hair. Some good, some not so good.
So I'll now let my hair grow longer than I would want it, but I'll now wait for Joni to do the honors.
Quick and relaxing environment
There was no wait time on a Saturday around lunch time. The stylist was personable and efficient. The service was a value for myself.

Andrea, at the Atascocita location has been cutting my hair for past few years and she is an excellent stylist. More importantly she is a beautiful and very friendly person.

Your scheduling is a real pain. I got in line over an hour in advance and still had to wait almost 30 minutes after I arrived at the recommended time.
Why is the price for kids' cuts so high ($22)? And the extra $10 fee to use a "special razor" is crazy because that makes it a $32 cut; I can go to a barber and spend less to get the exact same cut. Also, weve been showing the exact same picture of a cut my son wanted and have never been charged a $10 fee until this last visit which was wierd...I saw no difference in the cut with using this "special razor".

Expensive for the elderly, I am approaching 71. I told the barber what I wanted, during I asked for more length to be cut, when I got home it looked like I still needed a haircut.
