I am not sure which lady cut my son's hair but I asked her about a cow lick in which she told me she did not want to cut it because it would stick up more. The hair all around his head was very uneven. I literally fixed the cut myself when I got home. I have used this location before and never had an issue with the cow lick. Everyone before this stylist was able to cut his hair just fine. I knew there would be an issue when she was only using one hand the whole time she was cutting his hair. I was thinking the whole time, is she afraid to get close to him, is she scared to touch him... It made no since to stand so far away from my son while cutting his hair. Honestly, she just looked lazy!

Little pricey is all for a standard 10 min haircut nothing extra
I never give a perfect score, always things to improve. The stylist was nice and give good service. The shop was clean and had Bar-stool on the screens. never had any luck with the on-line platform, I just show up and get in line.
It’d be nice if you showed my history and who cut my hair last. Sometimes I like it a lot but I can’t keep up with the business cards.

This is the second time Esther has cut my hair (this time by appointment), and she does a great job. I wait quite awhile between cuts and the first time I walked in the previous cut had not "worn" well. She listened to my concerns and my vision and set about making it happen. That first cut by Esther wore very well. Esther is the manager at her store and I believe that, along with my experience, says a lot about her capability and performance. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being Excellent, I give Esther a 12.
