She was really attentive to how a new seat could throw off my ride if the height and other dimensions weren't identical to what I have been using for 20 years. And your staff managed to install the seat in 15 minutes. It was a great experience.

I am coming at this review as a very much novice cyclist. And by that I mean that I learned to ride in the last few months. The team at Salem Cycle has always been so helpful and giving me great guidance even when the questions are pretty basic. I can tell that the team are avid cyclist and knowledgeable. 10/10 would go back.

Thanks to Salem Cycle! So happy with my initial bike purchase (pre-pandemic) and the service since. My last service was a bit tricky but I was thankful for the time they put into it, their honesty, and Connor taking time to show me what he did to get it back on the road.
