Your service team was perfect. I came in for a tuneup and they noticed I had a broken spoke. They called me, and let me know the cost before they did any work. I really appreciated the open communication.

Even though you were very busy, it was nice to be acknowledged upon entry and attended to in turn.
Quality product and staff was very friendly and helpful to me. I had never had clippless pedals and they spent time with me explaining how they work. Staff also put my clips onto my shoes and explained why and where clips were placed.
The Marblehead location opened a few mins early, answered all my questions patiently and knowledgeably. Salem location likewise very helpful.

The service was very efficient ... I forget who helped me but he had brown hair and came back from boarding school.
