Owner was very accommodating and tracked down what was going on with my warranty claim. He was prompt at getting back to me with answers after contacting Trek and went above and beyond with providing remedies for things beyond his control (i.e. Strava promotions).

I am impressed with Chris Palmer, the owner, who made the whole experience informative and enjoyable. The warm atmosphere of the entire shop reflects his high standards and customer-friendly attitude that he models so well. Jackson showed a high level of attention to detail when he addressed the chafed deraileur cable on my bike. He listened to my input and customized the repair, using PVC coated cable and a plastic bushing to prevent failure again. I'll continue to come back.
