The shop like bikes and cycling so they were willing to listen to our thoughts and needs, give options, make recommendations, find alternatives and finally find a bike that works. This holds true for a grand mother looking for a grandson's bike, to senior citizens looking for a way to keep riding. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I have been a customer since the very first year they opened (as a mtn biking family, and up to today as Seniors. still enjoying riding. Nice job everyone.

I was dropping my bike off for a cassette and chain replacement and expected to be told that it would be 2 weeks or so to get to it. They offered to do it right away. My bike feels like new!
Joe spent about thirty minutes thoughtfully answering all my questions while selecting my bike which was ultimately a Trek Domane AL 5.
He was honest, knowledgeable and clear while helping me to understand the specific differences between bikes.
I’ve had the bike two days and had two workout rides. I find the geometry gears of the bike are perfect for my use. As bonus this bike improved my time by 15%.
