I could of bought the same bike 60 miles from my house but they were not willing to order or work with me on a payment plan, the bike was the same price but Mystic cycles was willing to provide payment options to make the bike available and affordable, other shops weren't.

Joe provided amazing service and patience!!!!!! We tried several e bikes and then finally ordered two but took just one to try. The store allowed us plenty of time to decide and held our bike. We did go back and got the second and love it—- a Townie. It is a game changer for us.
