The covered parking is great and now that the airport is renovated, the shuttles seem to arrive quicker and more regularly than they did during the construction phase.

Love the shuttle to and from my car, the drivers, the rewards program and early booking discounts. I don't like that only 1 shuttle bus goes back and forth for parking lot 2 and several busses are always available for lot 1. Sometimes I have to wait an hour if I miss the bus or it's full.

Did not have to wait long to get picked up in the lot or at the airport. Drivers were very helpful with our luggage and very courteous. The only thing I can suggest is to post signs where to turn during the construction. Missed the turn twice. Looked like you were turning into the construction area.

Quick pick upon arrival at the lot and upon return
the Parking Spot is very easy to get to, and it's very convenient as the shuttles come right to your car when you park. The driver puts your luggage on the shuttle and takes it off when you get the airport and vice versa. I always recommend the Parking Spot to everyone.
Easy in and out, and all of the spaces are covered. I especially appreciate the pick-up and drop-off at my vehicle. Drivers are always friendly and helpful, and on-line reservations are easy.
