Covered parking and good shuttle service
Your service people are always friendly and helpful. I have never had to wait for a shuttle. Everything runs smoothly and I am so grateful for that.
Parking spot took my anxiety away about leaving my car at Live Field Dallas. Easy in and out. On return from LA, I injured my back while in LA and my mobility was extremely limited, I couldn't physically Mae it to the designated pick up location. The pick up driver saw me hobbling and picked me up where is stood. Amazing customer service. Dropped me right at my car. Patient, professional and kind.

The pickup at the lot is reliable, but sometimes we have to wait some time for the return trip. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the lot is clean.

Good pricing and good service although you need more buses going back and forth to cut down on the wait times at the airport and dropping multiple people off back at the lot.
When I travel I know I can count on the Parking Spot to get me to and from the airport with no worries. I simply wouldn't park anyplace else, because the Parking Spot offers exactly what I need and want! I've been parking with them for 20 years.

I've used the Parking Spot for several years. I am always pleased. I always use self-park covered. I like how the bus comes by to pick me up and drops me directly at my car. With DFW construction, the drivers were still very good - they can't help the delays and the website tells everyone to leave plenty of time. Everyone is courteous and I can't say enough about how easy it is.
