I’ve never used airport parking before because I normally take an Uber, so I was pleasantly surprised by how great the experience was. The drivers and attendants were extremely friendly and helpful.
When I first arrived, I was given clear directions on where and how to park. As soon as I parked and stepped out of my car, the shuttle van was already there to pick me up, which made the process very convenient.
When I returned from my trip, I wasn’t feeling well from the flight and accidentally got on the wrong shuttle. Even then, the driver was very polite and helped me get to the correct one. The correct driver was incredibly kind — he even took my bags and placed them in my car for me.
On the way out, the attendant came over and assisted me with checking out, which I appreciated. The complimentary water on the way out was also a nice touch.
Overall, my experience was a 10 out of 10 when it comes to customer service, and I will definitely use this service again.

I am a frequent customer of the Parking Spot. The customer service is consistently great. I appreciate being picked up and dropped off at my car, particularly given I typically travel alone. The facility is great - covered parking. The team does a great job guiding customers to available parking, and I typically get picked up at my car within 1-3 minutes of parking. I believe the value for the service, safety, and reliability is well worth it!
Parking spot is a great resource with friendly and courteous staff to make parking for a trip convenient and affordable.
The buses come very frequently, which is wonderful. We’ve never had to wait! Also, when we pulled out of lot we were so thirsty just coming off a long flight and had not had a chance to get water and there were fresh cold water bottles on our way out. It’s a small thing, but it actually has a big impact and we were so happy to have that Water!
