We enjoy the prompt pick up at our vehicle, normally a shuttle waiting for us at the airport.

One change I was not aware of was the premium parking area...when I made my reservation on the app I did not know about premium nor did I see it as a choice. We were charged an additional $16+ at check out. Doesn't break the bank but would have been nice to know the covered parking was now two different 'levels'.

Won't stop us from parking with you :-).

I have used SPOT in Houston and Austin , and both locations have the highest caliber of driver and assistance I have seen anywhere, including taxis and limo's.
