I like that we can use the app for easy check in and out and that we can reserve covered parking. The shuttle is never far behind and wait times upon return are not too long!

Convenience- easy to get in and out of location on Washington st. I don’t have to call to say “I’m ready to be picked up” - because you have shuttles going all the time! Drivers are very pleasant and pick and drop us off at our vehicles
