The driver picked us up at the car and took us to the check in area promptly when we departed. The driver picked us up in the baggage area and took us directly to our car. The drivers assisted us with our bags.

It was a very smooth experience. I was able to get shuttle service within a very timely fashion and the drivers were helpful and courteous. I loved the portion of the app that allowed the driver see that I was awaiting pickup.
