Such an easy way to park and get to the airport! The drivers are very kind, even if I get in after dark, the drivers wait until you are settled in your car before they leave. Such a nice and safe alternative to use instead of parking at the airport!

The shuttle driver was awesome (oddly, had the same gentlemen both ways, a week apart!) and the shuttle pickup was very quick at the airport. The issue that I had was, with such a large parking lot) that the signage needs to be better with instruction about where you go to get picked up by the shuttle. It wasn't just our group, there were many others wandering around like nomads in the desert looking for "shuttle here" sign etc. Outside of that, it was fine, and if I have to park for Hartsfield again, I will use you

At the Parking spot North, premium inside parking, it would be very nice if you could exit out the gate that the vans enter through. Just like you do in the south lot. There doesn’t need to be an attendant. I should just be able to scan out and pay. The fact that I have to drive so far all the way through the entire parking lot just to get out. Doesn’t make any sense.
