I appreciate that you run buses frequently enough that we don't have to wait too long to get picked up, either at the airport or at the car in the lot.

One thing you should do immediately though, is replace the shock absorbers on the buses. The road to and from the airport is rough enough, but the worn shocks on the buses make it worse for the passengers.

It was so easy, a bus picked us up at our car and dropped us off at our car. We didn’t have to worry about where we parked because the driver gave us a card at pick up that we gave to the driver at drop off so he knew where to take us!

The parking is easy and convenient. The fact that the shuttle bus picks up and drops off at our vehicle it makes for getting to and from the airport with bags super simple. The process to reserve a spot, check in and check out is seamless. Keep up the great service!
