Since your company took over the service has been excellent. There’s actually a real live person there all the time and the shuttles are on top of you quickly upon arrival. The car wash has actually been functional lately also. Keep sending those discount email opportunities too!

Usually quick trip to the airport and the departure level. I always use Premium Parking - which is supposed to mean faster service to and from. This doesn't always happen - sometimes waiting more than 15 minutes for pickup and for stops to pickup others all over the lot. But normally quite good.

We had really early departure and had a bus pick us up immediately upon arrival at The Parking Spot. When we returned from our trip, our flight on SW airlines was delayed by 4 hours, causing us to touchdown around 4 am. Again, they had bus that arrived as soon as we got to the pickup point. Got us to our vehicle quickly. When you’re tired and worn out from traveling, it’s great to have that kind of service.

Loved being picked up right at the car, the service was excellent- took the bags right out of the trunk! Also enjoyed getting a ticket with the exact location of the car. At the airport we thought we missed a ride as it drove away and that we’d have to wait a long time to get back to the lot but before the shuttle even drove off another pulled in!
