So easy to use, from the reservation process, to parking with shuttle driver right with me. The other great thing is the app on my phone when arrive back to the airport I can track the arrival of the shuttle. Once we arrive back at Park N’ Fly we were delivered right to my car.

When we were leaving they offer complimentary water as they must know how badly it's needed coming off a plane and waiting . Just extra bonus of offered customer service. Lots of cameras and safe place to park. Absolutely great service will be using again and recommending.

I like that they pick you up and drop you off right at your vehicle. And, when I returned , the driver even put my bags in my vehicle for me.

I was able to go from the parking spot to the airport on time and on my return trip I didn't have to wait long to get back to my car. Check out was easy. The agent at the gate was helpful and very kind.
