Location and frequency of pickups.
Ease of app and close proximity to airport-last time we used it last week for an early morning flight the line to drop car off was very long making it difficult to make flight due to delay but I know it was due to staffing so we will still continue to use hoping it improves and we will allow even more time to travel

The check-in staff was lovely. Easy in-and-out logistics. Priority parking gets picked up right away and dropped off first. Shuttles are constantly running with very little wait time.
It’s so easy to park and get a ride to the airport. Then, when you arrive back, the bus is there to take you back to your vehicle. Very convenient.

Efficient, friendly, easy. The shuttle is always right there ready for me to go and it's easy to get one back to the lot after landing. The spotted bus comes around often and the drivers are good with handing out tickets to get to your spot on return. The app is great too!

I like the covered parking at Parking Spot 1 and the shuttle has been very quick to arrive at my vehicle to take me to the terminal and quick to leave the terminal when I return from my trip. Also, the shuttle drivers have been very good about helping me load and unload my luggage onto and off the shuttle!

Well, on our last park, when we parked and were picked up (in covered parking) the driver gave us a card that said “A2”. On our return, the driver could make no sense of that location and said if it was anywhere it would be far away from covered. We eventually guided our driver to our car because we remembered the three-digit number painted on the ground next to our car. Something seems kind of out of whack about that particular Parking Spot.
No complaints otherwise, nice people, fast shuttle, software works well for me.
Well, I’d like to be able to tip my driver AFTER I’ve been dropped off.
