The guy at the front gate let me know right when I pulled in where spots were available which made it easier to get a spot. Also a pick up bus was ready to leave within minutes of arrival. When we returned the bus pick at the airport was also there within a few minutes after arriving to the curb. We were dropped off right at our vehicle and had no issues with leaving. This makes travel way easier and I plan to use the parking spot whenever I travel. I've also used the parking spot before with great results also. Thanks!

From start to finish- superlative. A friendly woman greeted me upon entry, taking my code and scanning it for me. She told me a specific place to park and a van was waiting for me. I was given a card with the parking area written on it. Returning from my trip, there was a van parked curbside to whisk me to my car. The driver's name is Moussa, a kind man who helped a lady from her wheelchair onto the bus. I highly recommend your employees, service and convenience.

All the good: Checking in and out was a breeze. Parking was quick and there was a shuttle along within a few minutes. The advance reservation price was very good. The shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. I actually felt like wanting to tip them for great service cuz they were working really hard.
The not so good: Had to wait for about 25 minutes for the first shuttle to arrive but I didn't get on that one. Had to wait another 15 minutes for the next one. All the other shuttle services seemed to be jammed up as well. It was REALLY busy in the terminal. I guess when it's really busy, there's lines. You don't have to like em though.
