Shuttle drivers are always prompt and courteous. Parking fees are reasonable. We are always confident our car will be safe while we are out of town.
Fast and friendly. I appreciate the driver lifting my suitcase.
They were courteous and quick getting me to the terminal
Good app, quick and helpful service, convenient location
I’ve liked how I haven’t had to call for a pick up. Your shuttles come pretty regularly so I like that a lot. A couple drivers have driven a bit faster than I liked though so you might mention that to them.
I used to park at Park n Jet because they were cheaper than you. But since they are no longer in business you have a corner on the market if you don’t want to park at the airport. I think your uncovered parking is a bit high too.
Affordable and efficient and love the included covered parking in Phoenix
The Parking Spot is convenient to the airport. All of the employees from check-in and checkout and the shuttle drivers have always been friendly and very helpful.

The drivers were courtesy and we felt our car was In a safe environment.
I have used The Parking Spot in multiple cities over the years and the service has been consistently good and reliable. This last time was no exception. I like that I can make my parking reservation in advance using the app and at the parking lot the check-in and check-out process is quick and efficient. The drivers and staff I have encountered have always been professional and courteous. Whenever I fly I always use The Parking Spot.
Prompt pickups and drop offs.

I was overcharged on my last visit!
Elizabeth was AMAZING getting it rectified!
The BAD .... they leave a partial case of water on top of the drink cooler .... in the Sun!!!
That ruins the water and makes it taste Horrible!
Ease of entry and exit and pickup and drop off at your car.
Our driver at about 8:30 pm Monday couldn’t have been more helpful. He offered to place our bags in the trunk and had a great attitude. Parking Spot was readily available for us.
