Guest Testimonials
Your team takes feedback well. Staff is friendly and professional and I feel their was improved efficiency from the last time we used Parking Spot. Shuttle wait times were significantly reduced and equipment for check-in/chek-out worked as it should. Keep up the good work.
Prompt, friendly & professional service.
Convenience, ease of scheduling, quick pick up to and from airport. And it's always nice to get a complimentary bottle of water when leaving.
The service is always exceptional and the drivers are really nice and help with your bags. There is very little wait time when getting pick up at your car, which is a huge relief when traveling alone. They are always making rounds at all the terminals when it is time to go home. I have used The Parking Spot on more than one travel and have been impressed and will use them again.
Very friendly staff and drivers, setup is organized, covered spaces are easy to access.
Transport to the airport is fast and convenient with frequent buses throughout the day, the drivers are friendly and the parking is safe.
