It’s door to door, the parking aisles are wide, and the drivers are friendly and helpful. This last trip we returned to a heavy snowfall. Our Spot driver got out and brushed our car off. My husband was so very grateful. We love the Buffalo Spot.

The driver of shuttle and the exit attendant were both so sweet and nice.
As soon as I get parked the shuttle is there to pick us up. I like that they give you a card with your location of your vehicle. Very friendly drivers

The most convenient and easy off site parking company available, and we've tried them all. Choice of self or valet parking, covered or uncovered, it's great. Parking Spot has numerous shuttles so you're never waiting long. I got off a red eye the other night and was still at my truck in less then 20 minutes! Friendliest staff and drivers, I will NEVER use a different company now that we found Parking Spot!
