Quick pick up at the parking lot and therefore delivery to the airport.
Convivence to the airport; check-in and out process; friendly staff. I do hate that all of the booths are not staffed. Had an incident this last time, but luckily a lady was in the other booth and was able to remedy the issue.

Awesome location in MIA. Great service from drop off to pick up.
Consistent and shuttle comes frequently.
Parking at The Parking Spot is so easy, so convenient and the shuttle service has typically no wait times. I choose it every time!
Location just off the interstate. Shuttles are always very timely, and the staff is very friendly.
The fact that I just park my car and there is a shuttle right there to get me loaded.
Enough buses so that waiting is not long when we are returning.
Convenient and great shuttle availability.
The online reservation was easy to schedule, and on the day of my arrival, I was upgraded to Premium parking which was a nice and unexpected perk! The drivers on both trips were very friendly and got us to where we needed to go. I also want to personally thank the attendant that was on duty when we picked up our car for being so kind and going above and beyond - it, too, was very unexpected. I failed to get their name, but I wanted to thank them! Thank you so much - you made the end to our trip end on a high note :)
This is the first time I've used the Spot for parking. I found the online process easy to complete, and the parking was just as advertised.
The shuttle to my terminal seemed to be waiting for me, going and coming.
All in all a great experience and I will use it again.
