Easy arrangement from beginning to end. Including a quick pickup and ride to the terminal and back. I’ll keep using the Spot for my flight parking needs.
Being dropped off and picked up. Staff were awesome helping us with our luggage and my mother getting on and off the bus.
convience
Normally, The Parking Spot is quick and convenient but on June 28, 2026 at 11:30pm, there were several planes that arrived, and the Parking Spot shuttles couldn't keep up. The shuttles pulled up closer to the end of the line, where people had just walked up and got on, leaving those people who had waited at the correct spot. It was chaos. Another issue was they only had one lane to exit and the scanner wasn't working, which required staff to assist. I will continue to use the Parking Spot because, maybe this is unusual, but if it happens often, I'd rather pay a few bucks more and skip the hassle. Looking forward to improvements.
Everything went great from the time i parked till I came back 8 days later. Very friendly staff and very helpful. I will definitely use them again!!
