Usually convenient, but issue this last time around with app telling us to call to let them know we needed a pick up. What is with that? Tried to leave a message & we were cut off twice...Finally did get on a bus with a good driver and got to our car...

It's all very easy, a bit hard to find the QR code on the phone to check in. The lot is fully fenced and covered. Pick up at the lot is fast as is pick up at the airport.
