Quick and easy on every process. From dropping your car off to picking you up from the airport to pick up your car was superb!
There have not been any break ins where other parking lots have them.
Simply the best!!! So easy to book a spot, to get in and out of the parking lot. Shuttles always ready to go anytime you arrive they are ready for you!

Prompt. Safe. Reliable. Friendly drivers. Helpful w my luggage.
Convenient and fast pickup!!
Quick- friendly staff- always park & fly w you.
The initial pick was super. Friendly gal helped with luggage and got us to the airport quickly and efficiently. On the way back the bus was a disaster. The shocks were shot! The ride was so bumpy and uncomfortable. There were two lights lit up on the dash for seevice issues. Also the luggage rack was missing two screws on the top rung so it was shaking and the right side had one screw shaking loose as well. Did not feel safe and the ride was super uncomfortable.
Very courteous drivers.
Very easy to find parking and very nice employees
There was someone always there to speak with to answer my questions and to help.
Have use the Parking Spot on several occasions. Convenient and secure parking for trips, with transfer to and from the airport.
Easy to use!
We have been using The Parking Spot for years and preferred 2 because it had the best service. The last few times we had not been impressed with the wait times and the service of the drivers at The Parking Spot 2. The gentleman that picked us up around 12:30pm on 7/19 was fantastic! He arrived quickly, helped with the bags and wasted no time. Hoping the service is returning to what it used to be.
Speed of service and ease of reserving.

Little far away from Airport.
Ease and convenience. Much faster than using the airport parking and shuttles.
We parked for a week and the total cost was less than taking a uber from south Buffalo and back. Didnt have to wait at all for the shuttle either way and the driver even put our bags into the trunk of the car. Amazing service!
